Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 3-10 μg/mL labels/1 x10⁶. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Detection limit for is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
