Specificity: This antibody recognises the bcr-homology domain of the p85 alpha subunit of bovine PI-3 kinase.

Purification: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant

Immunogen: Baculovirus expressed (Recombinant) bovine p85 alpha subunit of PI-3 kinase. Spleen cells from immunised mice were fused with cells of the NS1 mouse myeloma cell line.

Application Notes: Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections. Western Blot (1/100-1/1000). Immunoprecipitation.
