Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 0.5-2 μg/mL. HeLa cells were fixed with 2 % paraformaldehyde in 90 % methanol. Western Blot: 0.2-2 μg/mL. Immunocytochemistry: 2-100 μg/mL. HeLa cells were fixed with 4 % paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1 % Triton X-100 in PBS. Immunoprecipitation: 100-500 μg/sample.
