- Recognizes human mesothelin. This antibody binds to mesothelin cleaved form which is the ~40 kDa cell membrane-associated glycosylphosphatidylinositol-linked glycoprotein. It is not expected to react with the soluble portion of the mesothelin precursor protein that is designated as the megakaryocyte potentiating factor.

Usage: Flow Cytometry: This antibody was validated for flow cytometry using Hela human cervical carcinoma cells. Use at 2.5 μg per 10e6 cells. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human Mesothelin. The detection limit for rhMesothelin is approximately 5 ng/well. - Comment
