Application Notes: Flow cytometry: Neat - 1: 10, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL, Cell permeabilisation is required for this application.
Other applications not tested.

Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.

Handling Advice: Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.
