    pSer62, pSer67

    Specificity

Specific for endogenous levels of the ~78 kDa synapsin I doublet phosphorylated at Ser62,67. Immunolabeling is blocked by preadsorption with the phosphopeptide used as antigen, but not by the corresponding non-phosphopeptide.

    Cross-Reactivity

    Human, Mouse, Rat

    Predicted Reactivity

    bovine, mouse

    Characteristics

Our Synapsin (Ser62,67) rabbit polyclonal phosphospecific primary antibody is produced in-house. It detects Synapsin (Ser62,67) and is antigen affinity purified from pooled serum. It is great for use in ELISA, WB.

    Purification

Prepared from pooled rabbit serum by affinity purification via sequential chromatography on phospho and non-phosphopeptide affinity columns.

    Immunogen

Synthetic phospho-peptide corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding Ser62/67 of rat synapsin, conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH).

    Isotype

    IgG
