Specificity: Specific for endogenous levels of the ~39 kDa p38 MAPK protein phosphorylated at Thr180/Tyr182. Immunolabeling is blocked by preadsorption with the phosphopeptide used as antigen, but not by the corresponding non-phosphopeptide.
