Specificity: The antibody detects endogenous level of SEK1/MKK4 only when phosphorylated at threonine 261.

Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removedby chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorrylation site.

Immunogen: Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pThr261 (A-K-T (p) -RD) derived from Human SEK1, MKK4. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
