Peptide ELISA: 1/16000. Western blot: 0.3 - 1 μg/mL. Approx 70 kDa band observed in lysates of Human SkeletalMuscle and of cell line HepG2 (calculated MW of 69.0 kDa according to NP_000243.1).
Other applications not tested.

Background
