Application Notes
-
Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Approx 95 kDa band observed in Human Placenta lysates(calculated MW of 105 kDa according to NP_055079.2). An additional faint band of 55 kDawas consistently observed, however this band was not blocked by the immunizing peptideand it is therefore a non-specific signal. We call for caution when used for other assaysthan Western blot.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
