Application Notes

Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: Recommended for use at 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Approx 26 kDa band observed inhuman kidney, liver and testes lysates (calculated MW of 25.6 kDa according toNP_057370.1). Immunohistochemistry: 1-2 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded human kidney, stains membrane/ cytoplasm in epithelial cells of renal glomeruli and tubules.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
