Application Notes

Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 16000. Western blot: 1-3 μg/mL. Approx 70 kDa band observed in Human Lung and Kidney lysates(predicted MW of 70 kDa according to NP_061830). Immunohistochemistry: 0.3 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Kidney, stains thecytoplasm of lymphoid cells in the interstitial parenchyma and of lymphocytes in aglomerulus.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
