Brand
- IHC-plus™
-
Specificity
- Recognizes tyrosine hydroxylase. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse, human, ferret, feline and Aplysia (marine mollusc). Because Tyrosine Hydroxylase is highly conserved, this antibody is expected to cross-react with most mammalian species and many non-mammalian species.

Application Notes
-
Approved: ELISA, IF (1:100 - 1:1000), IHC, IHC-Fr, IHC-P (1:100), IP, WB (1:1000)
Usage: Immunohistochemistry: This antibody was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. Western Blot: 1:1000 on 10 μg of PC12 lysates. Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:1000. Fixed with 4 % PFA overnight at 4C. -
