Application Notes: Approved: ELISA (1:300), WB (5 - 10 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 5-10 μg/mL detects 10 ng PLA2 under non-reducing conditions. Human synovial PLA2 was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-PLA2, secretory (5 μg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. ELISA: 1:300 detects 3-28 ng PLA2.
