Specificity: Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum and R-Phycoerythrin conjugated IgG. Will cross react with B-Phycoerythrin. Reactivity with other phycobiliproteins is unknown.

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000. ELISA: 1:2000 to 1:10000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
