Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human Kallikrein 11. The detection limit for rhKallikrein 11 is ~1.5 ng/well. Western blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human Kallikrein 11. The detection limit for rhKallikrein 11 is approximately 20 ng/lane and 5 ng/lane under. non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitates rhKallikrein 11 from conditioned media of transfected NS0 cells. Positive control: Ovarian tumor.
