Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: 1/8000. Western blot: Approx 90 kDa band observed in Mouse Fetal Brain lysates and in lysates ofcell line NIH3T3 (calculated MW of 38.0 kDa according to Human NP_848597.1 and37.90 kDa to Mouse NP_109639.1). The observed much higher molecular weightcorresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies. Recommended concentration: 0.2-0.5 μg/mL.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
