Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Mouse Kidney and Colon. Recommended concentration: 5-10 μg/mL.
Western Blot: Approx.16-17 kDa band observed in Mouse Kidney lysates and in lysates of cell line NIH3T3 (calculated MW of 18.8 kDa according to NP_033905.3). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
