- This antibody recognizes both the p35 and p40 sub-units of canine IL-12. Cross-reactivity (direct ELISA): ~40 % with recombinant human IL-12 p35/p40 and recombinant feline IL-12 p35/p40, <10 % with recombinant rat IL-12 p35/p40.

Approved: ELISA, Neut, WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization. ELISA (capture): 0.2-0.8 μg/mL. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Detection limit for rcaIL-12 is ~50 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Neutralization: The ND 50 was determined to be ~0.1-0.5 μg/mL in the presence of 25 ng/mL of rcaIL-12, using PHA activated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). -
