    pSer1166

    Specificity

Specific for endogenous levels of the ~180 kDa NMDAR NR2B subunit phosphorylated at Ser1166. Immunolabeling is blocked by preadsorption with the phosphopeptide used as antigen, but not by the corresponding non-phosphopeptide.

    Cross-Reactivity

    Mouse, Rat

    Predicted Reactivity

    canine, human, non-human primate, Xenopus

    Characteristics

Our NMDA NR2B Subunit (Ser1166) rabbit polyclonal phosphospecific primary antibody is produced in-house. It detects NMDA NR2B Subunit (Ser1166) and is antigen affinity purified from pooled serum. It is great for use in ELISA, WB.

    Purification

Prepared from pooled rabbit serum by affinity purification via sequential chromatography on phospho and non-phosphopeptide affinity columns.

    Immunogen

Synthetic phospho-peptide corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding Ser1166 of the NR2B subunit of the rat NMDA receptor, conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH).

    Isotype

    IgG
