Anti-Raf-1 pS301antibody is tested for use in Western Blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band of approximately 74 kDa in size corresponding to the Raf-1 protein phosphorylated at Ser301 in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Immunolabeling of the Raf-1 protein band is blocked by lambda-phosphatase treatment.
