Application
- Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections) (IHC (fro))
- Specificity
- Western blot of rat brain shows a single band co-migrating with GluR4 expressed in transfected cells. No cross-reaction with GluR1-3. The antibody appears to recognize GluR4 in several other species, but has not been extensively characterized in these cases. Species Reactivity: rat and mouse.
