Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.1 μg/mL. Western Blot: 0.5 μg/mL for HRPO/ECL detection. Note: Recommended blocking buffer CPPT: 0.5 % casein, 1 % PEG 4000, 1 % polyvinypyrrolidone (PVP), 0.1 % Tween 20, 10 mM Tris/HCL, ph 7.4, 150 mM NaC. Positive control: I7661-18M1: Insulin-Like Growth Factor I Receptor, phosphorylated (Tyr1316) Positive Control (IGF1R). Supplied as a liquid cell lysate of 2x1E6 293 cells treated with insulin. Add 100 μL SDS-PAGE sample buffer and incubate at 90?C for 5 minutes. Aliquot and store at -20?C. -
