Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:2000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000 -1:2000 in PBS/0.3 % Triton X-100 Cy3 Technique 1:4000-1:8000 in PBS/0.3 % Triton X-100 Bn-Av/HRP Technique. Control Tissue: Rat striatum and substantia nigra. Perfusion Fixation: Fixative-4 % paraformaldehyde in 0.1 M Phosphate buffer, pH 7.4. Post Fixation-1.5 hr. at 4? C in 4 % paraformaldehyde in 0.1 M Phosphate buffer, pH 7.4. Sections: 10um cryostat frozen sections or 50um vibratome sections. -
