The Rabbit Polyclonal anti-S1PR1 antibody is suitable to detect S1PR1 in samples from Human, Mouse and Rat. It has been validated for WB, ELISA, IF and IHC.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB 1:500-1:2000,IHC 1:100-1:300,IF 1:200-1:1000,ELISA 1:20000,Not yet tested in other applications.

S1PR1, CHEDG1, EDG1, Sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor 1, S1P receptor 1, S1P1, Endothelial differentiation G-protein coupled receptor 1, Sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor Edg-1, S1P receptor Edg-1, CD antigen CD363The sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1 encoded by S1PR1 is structurally similar to G protein-coupled receptors and is highly expressed in endothelial cells. It binds the ligand sphingosine-1-phosphate with high affinity and high specificity, and suggested to be involved in the processes that regulate the differentiation of endothelial cells. Activation of this receptor induces cell-cell adhesion. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
