- SARS-CoV-2 NSP4 (SARS-CoV-2 Non-Structural Protein 4 (SARS-CoV-2 NSP4))
-
Alternative Name
- NSP4 (SARS-CoV-2)
-
Target Type
- Viral Protein
-
Background
-
Nsp4 is part of the multifunctional protein replicase polyprotein 1ab that is involved in the transcription and replication of viral RNA. This non-structural protein in cooperation with Nsp3 and Nsp6 has been implicated in rearrangement of host membrane that leads to creation of cytoplasmic double-membrane vesicles (DMV) necessary for viral replication.
Nsp4 SARS Coronavirus-2 antibody.
