Purpose
 - Cyclin D1 APC Antibody
 -

Characteristics
 - The clone C-D1A5, a mouse monoclonal antibody selectively binds to ~34 kD protein is encoded by the CCND1 gene known as Cyclin D1. It is expressed in all adult human tissues except for cells derived from bone marrow stem cell lines (both lymphoid and myeloid), Cyclin D1 is an important regulator of cell cycle progression and can function as a transcriptional co-regulator. The overexpression of cyclin D1 has been linked to the development and progression of cancer cells.
