- CD1c Unconjugated Antibody
-
Characteristics
- The clone C-M241, a mouse monoclonal antibody, specifically binds to 43 kD member of the five CD1 antigens (CD1a-e) in humans also known as R7 or M241. The CD1 Molecules are type I glycoprotein with structural similarities to MHC class I and are non-covalently associated with β2-microglobulin, belonging to the Ig superfamily, it is expressed on the surface of B cells in lymph nodes, spleen, and blood. CD1C expression can also be induced in activated monocytes. Furthermore, CD1c is a defined marker of subsets of conventional dendritic cells (cDC2 and cDC3).
