-
Purpose
- Anti-CD26 [OX-61], Mouse IgG2a, kappa
-
Specificity
- OX-61 binds specifically to DPP4. Evidence: tissue distribution of OX-61 and DPP4 are identical, equal MWTs, OX-61-mediated reduction in DPP4 activity from solubilized liver homogenates. DPP4 is a glycoprotein receptor which acts as a positive regulator of T cell co-activation.

Original Species of Ab: Mouse
Original Format of Ab: IgG2a
-
Purification
- Protein A affinity purified
-
Immunogen
- OX-61 was prepared by immunizing mice with rat thoracic duct lymphoid cells that were enriched for dendritic cells.
-

Application Notes
- This antibody can be used for denaturing and non-denaturing WB and developed using peroxidase-conjugated rabbit anti-mouse. It can also be used for IHC of cryostat sections from adult rat liver. Staining is also observed on the brush border of the small intestine and colonic epithelium, T cell areas of lymphoid cells but not B cell follicles
