Specificity:

OX-20 binds specifically to mouse kappa light chain of immunoglobulins. Kappa light chains are found in 95 % of mouse Igs with lambda light chains being found in other antibodies. Kappa and lambda chains differ slightly in amino acids residue composition.

Application Notes original Clone: OX-20 can be used for WB, IP and FC studies.

Characteristics: This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Rat IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
