  • Application Notes

Western blot was performed using this antibody on proteins (US20170107294). This antibody was used for flow cytometery on fresh human or porcine whole blood (US20170107294) (Thorgersen et al, 2009, pmid:19047409). The biological effect of this antibody on the inflammatory response of piglets was tested (US20170107294). ELISA was performed on C1q and human FcγRs using this antibody (US20170107294). Immunofluorescence was performed on both PBMC and whole blood samples using this antibody (Zelnickova et al, 2007, pmid:17720184). Immunofluorescent staining was performed on cardiac and diaphragmatic lung lobes using this antibody (Gucht et al, 2005, pmid:15802956).

    Comment

This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG2b format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
