Application Notes
- Western blot was performed using this antibody on proteins (US20170107294). This antibody was used for flow cytometery on fresh human or porcine whole blood (US20170107294) (Thorgersen et al, 2009, pmid:19047409). The biological effect of this antibody on the inflammatory response of piglets was tested (US20170107294). ELISA was performed on C1q and human FcγRs using this antibody (US20170107294). Immunofluorescence was performed on both PBMC and whole blood samples using this antibody (Zelnickova et al, 2007, pmid:17720184).
