Characteristics: The mouse monoclonal antibody H3Mab-17 recognizes an extracellular epitope on human HER3 (erbB3), a member of EGFR family of receptor tyrosine kinases, which is overexpressed in many cancers.

Purification: Purified antibody is conjugated with R-phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. Unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.
