Application Notes
-
Approved: IHC, IHC-P (3.75 μg/mL), Peptide-ELISA (1:128000), WB (0.3 - 1 μg/mL)
Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 70 kDa band observed in Human Peripheral Blood Mononucleocytes lysates (calculated MW of 65.8 kDa according to NP_036233.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 37 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. -
