Specificity
- This antibody reacts a 55kD single chain glycoprotein, CD25, that associates with CD12 and CD132 to form the IL-2 receptor complex. CD25 has three epitope regions - A, B, and C - the latter of which is recognized by B489. This MAb has been clustered at the Fourth International Workshop on human differentiation antigens.
