Product Details anti-CD25 Antibody

Specificity: This antibody reacts a 55kD single chain glycoprotein, CD25, that associates with CD12 and CD132 to form the IL-2 receptor complex. CD25 has three epitope regions - A, B, and C - the latter of which is recognized by B489. This MAb has been clustered at the Fourth International Workshop on human differentiation antigens.

Purification: Concentrated.

Immunogen: Human leucocytes.

Application Notes: Immunohistochemistry (acetone fixed frozen tissue): 1:50-1:100
Flow cytometry: 1:150-1:300.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen tissue sections (acetone fixed). The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:50-1:100 in IHC. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory.
