DNA PKcs (Ab-2609) antibody detects endogenous levels of total DNA PKcs protein.
Purification
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from mouse DNA PKcs around the phosphorylation site of threonine 2609 (V-E-TP-Q-A).
