- Application Notes
- As an efficient general counterstain for cell and tissue substrates with immunoconjugates with a label contrasting with the greenish-yellow fluorescence of this product. The purpose of counterstaining is to enhance the optical contrast of the immunospecific staining against a counterstained background. Working dilutions fare usually between 1: 20 an 1: 80.
