    Protocol

    1. Take out the Micro ELISA pre-Plate, add 100 µL Capture antibody working solution to each well. Incubate overnight at 2-8°C.
Discard the liquid, add 200 µL ELISA Plate Blocking Buffer to each well. Incubate for 60 min at 37°C
    2. Discard the liquid, add 100 µL standard or sample to the wells. Incubate for 90 min at 37°C
    3. Discard the liquid, immediately add 100 µL Biotinylated Detection Ab working solution to each well. Incubate for 60 min at 37°C
    4. Aspirate and wash the plate 3 times
    5. Add 100 µL HRP conjugate working solution. Incubate foe 30 min at 37°C. Aspirate and wash the plate for 5 times.
    6. Add 90 µL Substrate Reagent. Incubate for 15 min at 37°C
    7. Add 50 µL Stop Solution
    8. Read the plate at 450 nm immediately. Calculation of the results
