    Comment

This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-DGCR8 antibody ( ARP40984_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

DGCR8 (DiGeorge Syndrome Critical Region Gene 8 (DGCR8))

    Background

    Targeted Subunit: DGCR8

Background Information: DGCR8 contains 2 DRBM (double-stranded RNA-binding) domains and 1 WW domain. It may play a part in the etiology of the velocardiofacial/DiGeorge syndrome (VCFS/DGS), a developmental disorder characterized by structural and functional palate anomalies, conotruncal cardiac malformations, immunodeficiency, hypocalcemia, and typical facial anomalies.
