Comment
-
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-LRRFIP1 Antibody (ARP59016_P050),. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

Background
-
Background Information: LRRFIP1 is a transcriptional repressor which preferentially binds to the GC-rich consensus sequence (5'-AGCCCCCGGCG-3') and may regulate expression of TNF, EGFR and PDGFA. LRRFIP1 may control smooth muscle cells proliferation following artery injury through PDGFA repression. LRRFIP1 may also bind double-stranded RNA.
