Comment
-
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-NRD1 antibody ( ARP58755_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

Background
-
Background Information: This gene encodes a zinc-dependent endopeptidase that cleaves peptide substrates at the N-terminus of arginine residues in dibasic moieties and is a member of the peptidase M16 family. This protein interacts with heparin-binding EGF-like growth factor and plays a role in cell migration and proliferation. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
