- Application Notes
-
Application Note: Fibroblast Growth Factor-21 Recombinant Protein is suitable as a control for polyclonal or monoclonal anti-Fibroblast Growth Factor-21 in immunological assays. Lyophilized in 0.1M Sodium Chloride and 0.01M Sodium Phosphate, pH 7.5.
Other Performance Data: Endotoxin Level: Measured by kinetic LAL analysis and is typically ≤ 1 EU/μg protein. Biologic Activity: The activity is determined by the dose-dependent proliferation of NIH 3T3 cells in the presence of 5 μg/mL FGF binding protein and is typically 0.12-0.6 μg/mL.
