Biological Activity Comment: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When recombinant human PIGR (ABIN7607238 and ABIN7678309) is immobilized at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well), the concentration of human IgM that produces 50% of the optimal binding response is found to be approximately 20-100 ng/mL.
