    Handling Advice

Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, keep on ice when not in storage

    Storage

    -80 °C

    Storage Comment

Recombinant proteins in solution are temperature sensitive and must be stored at -80°C to prevent degradation. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles and keep on ice when not in storage.
  • Target

    ADPRHL1 (ADP-Ribosylhydrolase Like 1 (ADPRHL1))

    Alternative Name

    ADPRHL1 & ARH2

    Background

Protein Background: Protein ADP-ribosylation is a highly dynamic post-translational modification. The rapid turnover is achieved, among others, by ADP (ribosyl)hydrolases (ARHs), an ancient family of enzymes that reverses this modification. Recently ARHs came into focus due to their role as regulators of cellular stresses and tumor suppressors.ADPRHL1 / ARH2 (Inactive ADP-ribosyltransferase ARH2) as one of ARHs,is required for myofibril assembly and outgrowth of the cardiac chambers in the developing heart, but does not appears to be catalytically inactive, showing no activity against O-acetylADP-ribose.

Short Description: Recombinant ADPRHL1 / ARH2 protein that includes full length of the human ADPRHL1 / ARH2 protein (accession number NP_612439.2) was expressed in E.coli cells with an C-terminal His tag, The molecular weight of the protein is 41.17 kDa.

    Aliases: ADP-Ribosylhydrolase Like1, ADP-Ribosylhydrolase 2
