Protein Background: UBE2L6 (Ubiquitin/ISG15-conjugating enzyme E2 L6) also known as RIG-B and UBCH8. UBE2L6 can catalyze the covalent attachment of ubiquitin or ISG15 to other proteins. Functions in the E6/E6-AP-induced ubiquitination of p53/TP53. Promotes ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of FLT3.
Short Description: Recombinant UBE2L6 protein that includes full length of human UBE2L6 protein (accession number NP_004214.1) was expressed in E. coli and contains an N-terminal His tag with a molecular weight of 19.93 kDa. The purity of the protein is ≥ 95 % by SDS-PAGE.
