- Immune sera was collected from goats that were hyper-immunized with purified chicken IgY. Production: Goat anti-Chicken IgY antibodies were affinity purified from the sera over a Chicken IgY column, and then conjugated to N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS)-activated Agarose beads. After blocking residual NHS sites, the agarose beads were washed exhaustively with 50mM HEPES buffer (pH 7.6) with 5mM EDTA (TE buffer). Sodium Azide was then added to a final concentration of 0.02 % (w/v).
