The protein encoded by SEC24C is a member of the SEC24 subfamily of the SEC23/SEC24 family, which is involved in vesicle trafficking. Additionally we are shipping SEC24C Antibodies (38) and many more products for this protein.

Thus, SEC24C is required in early mammalian development but is dispensable in a number of tissues, likely as a result of compensation by other Sec24 paralogs.
The serotonin transporter (show SLC6A4 Proteins) is an exclusive client of the coat protein (show GOLPH3 Proteins) complex II (COPII) component SEC24C
Here, the authors identified an interaction between claudin-1 (show CLDN7 Proteins) and Sec24C, a cargo-sorting component of the coat protein (show GOLPH3 Proteins) complex II (COPII) vesicular transport system.
AKT (show AKT1 Proteins) signaling played a role in ATX (show ENPP2 Proteins) secretion regulation to facilitate ATX (show ENPP2 Proteins) ER export by enhancing the nuclear factor of activated T cell (show NFATC3 Proteins)-mediated p23 (Sec24C) expression
Data indicate that a synthetic polypeptide containing the N terminus of bovine AE1 (show SLC4A1 Proteins) bound the Sec23A (show SEC23A Proteins)-Sec24C complex through a selective interaction with Sec24C.
a lysine residing in the C terminus of the serotonin transporter (show SLC6A4 Proteins) specifies its preference for the coat protein (show GOLPH3 Proteins) complex II component SEC24C
A triple arg motif mediates alpha(2B)-adrenergic receptor (show ADRA2B Proteins) interaction with Sec24C/D and export
We found that Sec24C, a component of the host COPII vesicular transport system, interacts specifically with VP40 via VP40 amino acids 303 to 307.
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the SEC24 subfamily of the SEC23/SEC24 family, which is involved in vesicle trafficking. The encoded protein has similarity to yeast Sec24p component of COPII. COPII is the coat protein complex responsible for vesicle budding from the ER. The product of this gene may play a role in shaping the vesicle, as well as in cargo selection and concentration. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified.
