ELISA, Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
    Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse Serum and Mouse IgG.
Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 0.5 % of target signal.
    Characteristics
HRP Conjugated Secondary Antibodies are ideal for western blot and are available in a variety of formats and conjugate types. When choosing a secondary antibody, consideration must be given to species and immunoglobulin specificity, conjugate type, fragment and chain specificity, level of cross-reactivity, and host-species source and fragment composition.
    Purification
    Preadsorption: Solid phase absorption
    Immunogen
    Mouse IgG1 heavy chain
    Immunogen Type: Native Protein
    Isotype
    IgG1
  • Application Notes
Mouse IgG1 Peroxidase Secondary antibody reagents are ideal for western blotting, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA as well as other antibody detection methods.
