Western Blotting (WB), Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA)
    Specificity
A single precipitin arc was observed against anti-Rabbit Serum when assayed by immunoelectrophoresis.
    Purification
Prepared from monospecific antiserum by delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography.
    Immunogen
Transporter Associated Protein (TAP I) peptide corresponding to the C-terminus of the human protein conjugated to Keyhole Limpet Hemocyanin (KLH).

  • Application Notes
Suitable for Immunoblotting, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence, Flow cytometryand ELISA. Recommended Dilutions: This product was assayed by ELISA against TAP-I peptide in anantibody sandwich assay using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG[H&L] (Goat). A dilution of 1: 10,000 is suggested from this experiment. No reaction wasobserved against TAP-II. This product was assayed by immunoblotting and was reactive against the 72 kDa humanTAP-I protein at a dilution of 1: 1,000 followed by reaction with Peroxidase conjugatedAffinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat). No reaction was observed against TAP-II.
    Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
