Immunogen: Phytohemagglutinin (PHA) activated Rat Lymph Node Cells. Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells from the NS0/1 Ag4.1 mouse myeloma cell line.

Application Details

Application Notes: Flow cytometry: 1/10 - 1/50, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunoprecipitation. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections.

Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
